AJA offers education, resources to members
The American Judges Association (AJA) is currently developing a podcast in furtherance of its work to educate judges and the public on the core principles of the justice system. AJA is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit organization exclusively for judges, housed in the National Center for State Courts. For more than 65 years, AJA has provided high-quality education to judges across the United States and Canada, and guest judges from other countries, so judges may better do their jobs deciding cases fairly, impartially, without fear or favor, based on the facts and the law.
As the "Voice of the Judiciary"®, AJA understands the critical importance of judicial independence and the rule of law. In a letter to the membership March 5, 2025, AJA President Judge Vincent Johnson reaffirmed that AJA will continue to offer educational programs that the AJA Education Committee determines members want and need.
AJA is known for its non-partisan collegiality and camaraderie. AJA conferences offer judges the opportunity to learn and exchange ideas, practices, efficiencies and solutions.
