Greetings, American Judges Association members, 

Thank you for your membership in the American Judges Association (AJA).  

AJA is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit organization exclusively for judges, housed in the National Center for State Courts. For more than 65 years, AJA has provided high-quality education to judges across the United States and Canada, and guest judges from other countries, so we may better do our jobs deciding cases fairly, impartially, without fear or favor, based on the facts and the law. AJA's motto is "making better judges". AJA is known for its collegiality and camaraderie. Our outstanding conferences offer judges the opportunity to learn and exchange ideas, practices, efficiencies, and solutions. 

As the "Voice of the Judiciary"®, we understand the critical importance of judicial independence and the rule of law. We will continue to offer educational programs the AJA Education Committee determines our members want and need, without interference. 

We hope to see you at our mid-year conference in Reno, Nevada, April 11-13, 2025, and/or our annual educational conference in Vancouver, BC, Canada, October 11-16, 2025.
