Registration Fees:

  • Member Rate: $675.00
  • Guest: $300 (Guest fee includes the welcome reception, banquet dinner, and awards lunch)
  • Nonmembers: $850.00

Hotel Information:

The conference will be held at the Westin New Orleans. The group rate is $269.00 per night, plus taxes and fees. Once registered, you will receive a link in the registration confirmation to make your hotel reservation. Please note that you must make hotel reservations by September 3rd, 2024, to be guaranteed the group rate.

Note: The group rate applies to reservations beginning 10/03/2024 through 10/11/2024. If you are booking outside of those dates, please contact the hotel directly at 504-566-7006 to make your reservations.

American Judges Association Annual Fundraiser

The American Judges Foundation will be hosting their annual fundraiser at the Historic Wedding Cake House in New Orleans, LA during the Annual Conference. This will be a reception-style event. More details will be announced soon!

Registration Fees:

  • $125 per person
  • $200 per couple

AJA Exhibit Show Information

The American Judges Association is hosting an exhibit show at the 2024 Annual Conference in New Orleans, LA, Oct 5-10.  Anticipated attendance is 200 judges from across the United States and Canada.  Exhibits will be located in the foyer area outside of the general session room, providing an open flow to network with judges.

Tabletop Exhibit Fee $1,300

Includes:  6’ Draped Table, 2 Chairs, Standard Power, WiFi, pre- and post-show electronic attendee list (name & address only) and two (2) exhibit staff badges-allows access to education sessions.
